This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report against the accused person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.02.2022, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.239 of 2022 and the same has been closed as civil in nature on 23.03.2022.

3. In veiw of the above, direction is issued to the respondent to furnish the closure report to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On such receipt of a closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report before Jurisdictional Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
