J U D G M E N T

When this appeal was taken up for hearing on 29.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and hence, this appeal was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 05.07.2021. Even today ( i.e.05.07.2021), there is no representation on behalf of the appellant both in the morning and in the evening when the case is called.

2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution for statistical purpose with liberty to restore the appeal as the court proceedings are being conducted through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19. No costs.
