ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on merits on the petition dated 17.07.2017 within a time framed by this Court. 2.
The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given several representations, the respondents have not passed any order so far. Further, the learned Counsel submitted that the last of such representation was given on 17.07.2017 which was also not considered by the respondents.

Mr.Erapremnath, the learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the 4th respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a time frame.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
