Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 11.09.2013 and thereby direct the first respondent to renew the registration certificate of the petitioner's trust vide in Serial No.79/DSW/2010 and enable the petitioner to carry on the function of the trust in a peaceful manner.

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

Seeking renewal of registration certificate in pursuant to the change of place for the petitioner Home, a request was made on 11.09.2013 to the first respondent. On its non consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the request made by the petitioner for the issuance of renewal of registration certificate.

Considering the said submission, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 11.09.2015 within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to send a copy of the representation to the first respondent enclosing the copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
