ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein by affixing posters inviting job aspirants, alluring them that they will get job with salary between Rs.8,000/- to Rs.25,000, conducted mock interview and cheated the aspirants. In this particular case, as per the F.I.R., from the defacto complainant, the petitioners received a sum of Rs.5,000/- and the investigation indicates that without any registration as man power agency, the petitioners herein illegally conducted mock interview for placement and collected money under the guise of security deposits.

2.Since the prosecution wants to go through the other complaints, the release of these petitioners at this juncture will tamper the evidence. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
