Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.2347 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months and thereafter, and when required for interrogation and pass such further or orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.RAJESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2347 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
