When the matter was taken up for hearing in the afternoon session, this Court passed the following order:

"The learned counsel for the petitioner was not present at least on two earlier hearings. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. The matter is passed over and it will be called for hearing at 4.00 p.m. If the learned counsel for the petitioner does not represent the case, the case will be dismissed for non-prosecution."

2. The matter was again taken up for hearing at 4.15 p.m. and even now, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
