ORDER

This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.34062 of 2015, by order dated 03.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.12.2004, with regard to the petitioner's request for compassionate appointment, within a period of three weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and the petitioner has been appointed by the respondent in the post of Junior Assistant in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200+ Grade Pay Rs.2,400/- vide Proc.No.CMWSSB/P&A/RA4/32710/2015, dated 31.08.2017. He has also filed a compliance report before this Court.

5.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
