This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 17917 of 2014 dated 15.07.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) are present. The respondent Inspector of Police is also present.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the investigation is complete and final report filed and the same is taken up on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Hosur in STC No.1137 of 2015, no further order is necessary in this Contempt Petition and hence the same is closed.
