ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein has tried to strangulate her mother in law, aged 82 years due to the property dispute. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent states that this petitioner had earlier attacked the relatives of the very same property and the present F.I.R. is registered based on the complaint given by her mother in law, aged 82 years, who has sustained injury over her neck and lower back, when the petitioner tried to strangulate her neck with hands.

3.Considering the conduct of the petitioner herein, who has tried to kill her mother in law by strangulating her, the release of this petitioner at this point of time before the completion of investigation is not conducive to the safety of the defacto complainant, who crossed more than 80 years. Hence, this bail petition is dismissed.
