The challenge is to order dated 05.02.2019 calling for auction, which Mr.K.Magesh, learned Standing Counsel states that has been canceled. This limb of the prayer is thus rendered infructous.
2. Furthermore, the one time settlement offered by the petitioner has been accepted TIIC on 21.01.2022 and with this, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The same is thus closed recording the above. Consequently connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
