This petition has been filed to implead the Ministry of Ayush, represented by its Secretary, "Ayush Bhawan", 'B' Block, G.P.O. Complex, INA, New Delhi - 110 023 as a 5th respondent in the writ petition. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the proposed respondent is required to examine and decide on the issues, which are involved in the writ petition. It is stated that it would be appropriate that the proposed respondent is also heard, before final orders are passed in the writ petition.
