ORDER
This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to refund Rs.10,00,000/- payable to the petitioner towards refundable security deposit in the account of the petitioner's Solar Power Plant HTSC No. 069534420081.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner established the solar power plant. In the course of the establishment, a refundable security deposit was provided. Once the work was completed and the plant was commissioned, the amount has to be refunded.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the both sides would submit the matter is no longer res integra and this Court can order the refund of the security deposit.
4. In view thereof, the respondents are directed to refund the security deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs. 27.02.2025 nsl To 1.
