ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 294[b], 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime number not of 2019, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2019.
