Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. Considering the limited nature of relief sought for in this writ petition and also considering the fact that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents have not been able to file their counter due to change of Counsel, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's application dated 21.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no views are expressed on the merits of the case in this order.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
