ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. Petitioner is placed under suspension by order dated 10.03.2015 of the third respondent. Petitioner made representation dated 06.04.2015 requesting to revoke the suspension. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to dispose of the representation. I am not inclined to pass an order directing to pass orders on the representation. On the other hand a direction is issued to the third respondent to complete the disciplinary proceeding relating to the suspension order within a period of six months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be paid subsistence allowance during the period of suspension and the arrears shall be paid within a period of four weeks, if not paid, and monthly subsistence allowance shall be paid thereafter on or before 10th of succeeding month till the final orders is passed.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
