This Company Application has been filed pursuant to orders came to be passed in the above Company Petition. Paragraph No.8 of the report reads as under:- "8.That in the meantime Sri.C.M.Balamurugan, the owner of household items who is Ex-worker of the company in liquidation has approached the Official Liquidator and made a request to hand over his items kept at Flat No.F-2.

A copy of the letter of Shri.C.M.Balamurugan is enclosed and marked as Annexure-D."

2. Therefore, I see no impediment in allowing this Company Application.
