When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially there were some disturbances to the petitioner for possession and enjoyment of the property, hence, he filed the present petition. However, since there is no hindrance to the petitioner at present, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
