Writ petition filed under Article 226 of constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue provisional affiliation to the petitioner College for academic year 2016-2017 for starting Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree Course with 60 seats. Petition filed to direct the 1st Respondent University to permit the students admitted in the Petitioner

College (Paavai College of Pharmacy and Research Rasipuram Namakkal) to the 1st Year B.Pharm 2016-2017 Degree Course to take up the 1st Year B.Pharm Examination scheduled to be held on 01.08.2017 to be conducted by the 1st Respondent University pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

W.A.No.929 of 2017 filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.29407 of 2016 in W.P.No.34064 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016. Petition filed o direct respondents 1 & 2 to include the petitioner College in the ensuing counselling for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree Course for the academic year 2016-2017 with 60 seats intake pending disposal of writ petition.
