ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for records pertaining to S.T.C.No.5 of 2011 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and quash the same.
2. The petitioner is present before this court and he was identified by the respondent police through the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.155/2011 for the offence under Section 294 (b) I.P.C by the Sub-Inspector of Police, T-3, Korattur Police Station. The petitioner, who appeared in person, represented that his Advocate Mr.S.Saravanan is not present and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. Recording the endorsement made by the petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
