ORDER

The petitioner herein has filed a writ petition in W.P.No.11617 of 2016 challenging the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings DRP.No.3/2016, dated 04.03.2016 and along with the writ petition, the petitioner has filed a miscellaneous petition in W.M.P.No.10020 of

2016 seeking interim stay. On 29.03.2016, this Court has granted interim stay of the operation of the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent.

2.Now, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition, alleging that the respondents have disobeyed the order of this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (P) submitted that after taking notice of the interim order of this Court, all further proceedings were immediately stopped by the 1st respondent in respect of the impugned proceedings. The respondents have not violated the order of this Court. The order of this court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, now nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is ordered to be closed.
