ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to grant the terminal / retirement / employment benefits and all other dues including monetary dues payable by the respondent management to the petitioner herein along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 06.12.2024 i.e. the date of the order passed by the Honble Division Bench in W.A.Nos. 3541 and 3555 of 2024 till the date of actual payment.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as a Driver in the respondent Corporation since 1986 and while so, the respondent issued a charge memo as if the petitioner driven the vehicle belong to the Corporation in a rash and negligent manner and caused loss to the Transport Corporation thereby, the respondent initiated proceedings as against the petitioner and the same was ended in removal of service. Subsequently, for approval of the said dismissal order, the respondent filed approval petition in A.P.No.104 of 2011 before the competent authority and the same was dismissed vide order dated 27.11.2012. While so, the petitioner also raised an industrial dispute and filed ID.No.21 of 2011 before the Labour Court, Cuddalore and the same was allowed in his favour vide order dated 21.04.2014.
Aggrieved by the same, the respondent Corporation preferred a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.29386 of 2014 as against the order in ID.No.21 of 2011 and this Court, by its order dated 15.06.2023 dismissed the writ petition. In the meanwhile, as against the rejection of the approval petition, the respondent Corporation filed another writ petition in W.P.No.4749 of 2014 and the same was also dismissed on 15.06.2023. As against the said orders, the respondent preferred appeals in W.A.Nos.3541 & 3555 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 06.12.2024, even thereafter, the terminal benefits have not been settled to the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
