The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned Bank attachment has been withdrawn and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted. Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
