1. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that he has instruction to withdraw the captioned petitions. 1.1. For this purpose, he relies upon the resolutions of even date, ie., 15.12.2014, passed by the Board of Directors of companies, who, canvassed the aforementioned petitions.

2. Mr.Ramaiyah, learned Official Liquidator says that he has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioners.
