This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 57 days in filing the review application.

2. The main Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 17.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.M.P.Nos.23784 & 23786 of 2020 in W.P.Nos.19197 & 19199 of 2020, thereby granted interim stay on condition to remit 50% of the penalty imposed by the respondents.

3. This Court by an order dated 10.04.2024 dismissed the main writ petitions itself and in view of the order passed in the main writ petitions, the present writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
