With the consent of both sides, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Prayer in the writ petition is in a narrow compass. He sought for disposal of the disciplinary proceedings relating to charge memo within a stipulated period. Hence, the respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings relating to charge memo and pass final orders thereof within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
