PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for records of the second respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/032/2013 dated 12.10.2013 and quash the same and pass orders.

The order impugned in the present Writ Petition is a decision taken by the respondents to shift the bar attached to the TASMAC Shop No.8845. The ground raised by the petitioner is that prior to the decision, no show cause notice was issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents to the petitioner calling for their objections. A perusal of the impugned order also does not reveal that the petitioner's objections were considered. As such, the order itself would be in violation of the principles of natural justice.
2. In the light of the above observation, the impugned order dated 12.10.2013, in Na.Ka.No.A4/032/2013, is set aside. If the respondents are of the view that the bar attached to the shop No.8845 is required to be shifted, it is open to them to do so, after calling for objections of the petitioner and on consideration of the same.
3. With such a liberty, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
