This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17689 of 2022 by order dated 24.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st Saturday of alternative month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, commencing from April 2023.
