Gopinath, learned Government Advocate submitted that the first respondent already completed the investigation in Crime No. 241 of 2022 and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore on 09.03.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
