This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 112 days in filing the above appeal.

Mr.J.Pradeep, learned Advocate and Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first and second respondents, respectively, submitted that they have no objection in condoning the delay.

Despite service of notice to the third and fourth respondents and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

4.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
