O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent made a submission that a civil suit in O.S. No. 143 of 2008 filed between the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein was decreed in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent further submitted that based on the decree passed by the civil court, the competent authority also passed an order on 12.05.2014. If at all, any grievance exists for the respective parties, pursuant to the decree passed by the civil court and consequential order passed by the competent authorities, it is left open to them to approach the Competent Authority for the redressal of the same in the manner known to law.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
