(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition is based on some promise which the petitioner claims he received from the Chief Minister on account of road being illegally cut for laying down fiber cables in respect of a former minister. The incident is relatable to the year 2011, while the road-cutting was between 2004 and 2007. 2.We are of the view that this is a petition on the anvil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the elections motivated by that factor.

3.We are not inclined to exercise public interest litigation jurisdiction in this matter.

4.Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
