ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue viz., R.Meena, aged 21 years, seeks production of his wife.

2. Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for first respondent as also Mr.N.G.R.Prasad, learned counsel appearing for detenue.

3. On 20.03.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "At request, post on 22.03.2018 for production of the detenue by learned counsel for second and third respondents".

4. Presently, respondents 2 and 3 have caused production of the detenue viz., R. Meena, who is the wife of the petitioner. On enquiry, she informs us that she has returned to the parental home and that she desires to be under the care and custody of her parents. She has also filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.2/2018 and petitioner has sought transfer through Tr.C.M.P.No.145/2018 before this Court.

It is for the petitioner and his wife viz., R.Meena to work out their rights before appropriate forum.

5. With the above observations, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
