This application has been filed to extend the time execution of the bond by the petitioner who was granted Letters of Administration of the Will dated 11.12.2007 by an order of this Court dated 10.10.2022 in O.P.534 of 2021. 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, time is extended to execute the security bond as directed by this Court in its order dated 10.10.2022 till 15.04.2023. No further extension will be granted.
