Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 4 to 7, notice to those respondents is dispensed with.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider his representation dated 26.12.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for deleting the names of the respondents 4 to 7 in the Patta No.206, in respect of the property at S.No.34/7 of So.Kilnachipattu Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk & District and to restore the Patta in the name of the petitioner, by complaining that those respondents names were wrongly included in the Patta, when the petitioner is the absolute owner of the said land.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 7 and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS V ) /true copy/ Sub Asst.
