ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 380 of IPC in Crime No.56 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioners hails from Uttar Pradesh, involved in shop theft, they were caught by the Manager of the showroom. However, before they could be handed over to the Police, they fled from the scene of occurrence.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this Court earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on the ground that the petitioners are absconding and the respondent police unable to complete the investigation.
4.In the light of the above fact, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
