This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.10.2019.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered by the first respondent, by conducting an enquiry, after hearing second and third respondents and orders will be passed within the time fixed by this Court. The learned counsel further submitted that notice will be issued to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3, fixing the date of enquiry. 3.
In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after offering opportunity to the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
