ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed to the petitioner on granting bail to the petitioner that the petitioner/accused shall appear and sign before the respondent police station, daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders that the order granted by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur in Crl.M.P.No.249 of 2024 dated 12.01.2024 in the case pending investigation in Crime No.764 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month.
