2. This application is pending from the year 2018 and the applicant has not even paid batta to serve notice on the respondent. This application has been filed to appoint a receiver. When the applicant has not even paid batta for the last two years, it makes it clear that the applicant is not interested to proceed the matter further. In such view of the matter, this application is closed.
