In continuation to the order passed by this Court on 05.02.2025, the jurisdiction police, namely, the Inspector of Police, Kullanchavadi Police Station, Cuddalore, had produced the death certificate of Page No.1 of 4

C.Saravanan/respondent and also the certificate from the Village Administrative Officer, confirming the death of C.Saravanan on 07.11.2020, due to ill health and none of the family members of C.Saravanan are residing in the village.
