ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order dated 01.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 32836 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from a spinal cord ailment (L5 disc problem) and, on that ground, seeks a modification of the aforementioned condition.

3. This Court, having found the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition to be unsatisfactory, is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner.
