This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner against the respondents 2 to 4 by considering the petitioner's complaint dated on 10.02.2020.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.

It is seen that the petitioner lodged complaint dated 10.02.2020 with the first respondent seeking police protection and it is pending. Therefore, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 10.02.2020 after issuing notice to the counter parties 2 to 4 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
