ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish for non- compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 10.12.2021 in W.P.No.26281 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2020 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties if any and pass orders to measure the property.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that by an order dated 23.06.2022, revealed that already a surveyor was appointed and measured the property of the petitioner herein.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
