(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking a direction against the Government for a bus service route, which he claims would be useful for the public and the students, for which he has made a representation. This issue clearly is within the administrative domain and cannot be called for a public interest litigation for issuance of directions.
