ORDER
Seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners on 25.07.2013, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that the property in S.No.46/6 - 2.16 situated in Melpuram to an extent of 1.50 acres belonged to the petitioners has been acquired by the 2nd respondent without indicating their names as owners in respect of the said property, though their name find place in the revenue records. However, in the counter affidavit filed by the Housing Board, it has been stated that the said assertion is factually incorrect and the acquisition
proceedings have been already completed, possession has been taken and the process of allotment to various persons is in progress.
3. What the petitioners seek is consideration of their representation dated 25.07.2013. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 25.07.2013 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are also directed to give a copy of the representation said to have been made by them within a period of two weeks along with a copy of this order.
