ah 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent made a submission that against the order in W.P.No.30539 to 30541 of 2016 dated 01.09.2016, the Writ Appeals in W.A. Nos.1169 to 1171 of 2017 were filed and the Hon'ble Division Bench allowed the Writ Appeals on 15.09.2017 by setting aside the order dated 01.09.2016. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. 3.Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
