2. Today, he has not appeared before this Court. Hence, the petition which has been filed for substituted service in CMP.No.6363 of 2019 for R2 to R7 is allowed. Paper Publication for R2 to R7 in one issue of "Makkal Kural", Daily News Paper, circulating in Chennai, is ordered.
