These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 215 and 213 days in filing the above writ appeals.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.S.Jaganathan, learned counsel for the respondent.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petitions, the delay of 215 and 213 days in filing the appeals is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
