This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to execute a sale certificate in favour of the Petitioner after receiving the balance consideration.

2. Though the counsel for the petitioner is present, he is not ready. On the previous occasion also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 20.06.2022. Today, it is listed as Item No.44. Since the petitioner is not ready, I am inclined to dismiss this writ petition.

3. Under these circumstances, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
