The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second to fourth respondents submits that she has no serious objections for allowing the writ miscellaneous petition to implead the proposed respondent L.Venkatesan S/o.Lakshmanan Naidu as 5th respondent in W.P.No.27825 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner who has been arrayed as the 1st respondent in the above Writ Miscellaneous petition would like to file a counter affidavit objecting to implead the petitioner in W.M.P.No.8857 of 2023 in W.P.No.27825 of 2021 as 5th respondent in W.P.No.27825 of 2021.

3. I see no impediment in allowing this Writ Miscellaneous Petition. All the issues arising in the writ petition can be decided after hearing all the parties.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 19.11.2024 (1⁄2) jas Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and list the main case on 12.12.2024.
